YouSignHere is an independent, private electronic signature service provider. YouSignHere enables
individuals to electronically sign any documents, and then access those documents using a secure log-in.
For each document electronically signed using YouSignHere, YouSignHere records the digitized image
of the electronic signature, its individual time-stamp, the IP address of the device used to provide the
signature, and a unique reference to the document itself. Although YouSignHere strives to provide a
secure environment for electronic signatures, by clicking "I Accept" below, you acknowledge that electronic
signatures, not unlike ink signatures, may become the subject of a legal dispute, including, for example, as
to whether a signature is authentic and whether it was provided voluntarily. By clicking "I Accept," you
agree to release YouSignHere from, and not bring or assist in, any lawsuits or other claims (of any kind)
against YouSignHere, related to electronic signatures, including as to the validity or voluntariness of
electronic signatures, provided using YouSignHere. In addition, by clicking "I Accept," you acknowledge
that any document(s) you upload, electronically sign and/or access using YouSignHere do not come from and
are not pre-screened, reviewed or approved by YouSignHere. Put another way, YouSignHere cannot and does
not speak, in any manner, to the content, including the legality or enforceability of any content, of any
documents that individuals may choose to upload and/or sign using YouSignHere's electronic signature service.
